New Form I-907 For Premium Processing Service – (07/05/18)

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has released an even newer update to the Form I-907 from its April 2018 version, which is used to request Premium Processing Service. Starting 08/28/2018, USCIS will only accept this latest 06/26/18 edition (find the edition date at the bottom of the page on the form and instructions). Petitioners are advised to begin using this latest edition now.

Changes to the form – please find our updated sample form I-907 here:

  • The new form has added an item in Part 1, “USCIS Online Account Number (if any).” If you have previously filed an application or petition using the USCIS online filing system (previously called USCIS Electronic Immigration System (USCIS ELIS)), provide the USCIS Online Account Number you were issued by the system. You can find your USCIS Online Account Number by logging in to your account and going to the profile page. The USCIS Online Account Number is not the same as an A-Number.
  • Part 3 has re-ordered items: Requestor’s Contact Information now precedes the signature and date line.
  • NEW to the 06/26/18 edition: USCIS has added back in a field for the Requestor to enter a fax number in Part 3, Question 6. If someone else is preparing the I-907 on behalf of the Petitioner/Requestor, the Preparer's Contact Information section in Part 5 still lacks a field to enter a fax number.

In the event you have a preparer who has a fax number -- and as a general practice -- petitioners may wish to create an account in Case Status online, which will track all receipt numbers for pending petitions. This will allow petitioners to receive email updates from Case Status and, in the event USCIS decides to issue a Request for Evidence, petitioners will be notified by email and can immediately call the appropriate premium processing unit and try requesting a faxed copy of the RFE.
