St. Petersburg Consulate General in Russia to be Closed - (3/30/18)
Following previous closures, and subsequent re-opening of consular services in Russia, the Russian government has ordered the closure of the U.S. Consulate General in St. Petersburg, effective March 31. The U.S. Embassy in Moscow and the U.S. Consulates General in Yekaterinburg and Vladivostok remain open. For more information and frequently asked questions, please visit this webpage. Please allow plenty of time for scheduling appointments, and consider whether it might be possible to schedule a visa appointment outside of Russia if wait times are excessive.
