LATEST NEWS ALERT: Premium Processing Fee to Increase Beginning Feb 26, 2024 - (01/02/24); UPDATE: New Form I-907 released, edition 04/01/24

UPDATED 4/1/24: USCIS has released a yet another new edition of the Form I-907. Starting June 3,  2024 USCIS will accept only the 04/01/24 edition. Until then, petitioners can also use the 02/26/24, 11/03/22 E, and 11/03/22 editions. Find the edition date at the bottom of the page on the form and instructions. Always download the latest form I-907 directly from the USCIS website. There are no changes to the contents of the form, so the sample information in the posted sample I-907 in our Appendix is still accurate other being on an older edition date of the form.

While the Department of Homeland Security has not yet issued a decision about overall proposed visa fee increases, the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has announced a near-term inflation adjustment increase for the Form I-907, Request for Premium Processing. The fee change will go into effect on Feb. 26, 2024. Any Form I-907 postmarked on or after Feb. 26, 2024 with the incorrect filing fee will be rejected and the incorrect filing fee returned. For filings sent by commercial courier (such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL), the postmark date is the date reflected on the courier receipt.

Premium Processing Service (PPS) is available for expediting the processing of certain forms, and at differing costs for certain classifications. To expedite the processing of Form I-129 for O and P guest artists, for example, the current PPS fee of $2,500 will increase to $2,805. The filing fee for the Form I-129 itself is currently $460 and the PPS fee that accompanies the Form I-907 is in addition to this cost and must be paid separately (i.e. two separate checks written).

For more information about the PPS fee increase, please see the news announcement from USCIS.
